What happens next..

Once you have done the Healing Energetics workshops there is the option to join a facilitated supportive recovery group.

Participants have found that this forum provides a space for sharing experiences and supporting each other, revisiting material introduced on the course and exploring new avenues of healing and personal development. The cost for attending is £60 for 4 sessions.

Examples of the kinds of the things we have done in these workshops-

  • Further insight into meditation
  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
  • Using Transactional Analysis as a tool for self understanding
  • Changing self-defeating patterns
