Healing Energetics Workshops
The course of workshops is led by 2 experienced facilitators, both of whom have recovered from years of chronic fatigue/ME.
The course content includes:
- Breathing, relaxation and meditation exercises
- Physiology of stress and healing
- Strengthening the energy field
- Working with our emotions, beliefs and thinking
- Goal setting, EFT and and introduction to NLP
- Tools to increase energy levels
- Managing our power in relationships
We also offer customised workshops for organisations and businesses.

For 6 workshops and four supporting individual sessions (2 with Frances,
